Usually, I work with product development and service-providing organizations, where IT systems are an important ingredient.
Together we find better ways of working, organizing, leading, and in general creating awesome workplaces.
A big part of my time I work as an agile coach supporting leadership, multiple teams, scrum masters, and product owners. I mix teaching, mentoring, facilitation, and coaching to best help my clients using the tools most appropriate at any given time.

I have a background in software development (as a programmer, architect, and Ux) so I often work with companies where in-house development is a mission-critical part.
My toolbox consists of deep knowledge of lean and agile methods, servant leadership, and team dynamics.
Training
I provide training in lean and agile methods, leadership skills, how to work with system architecture, discovery work, and how to build self-organizing teams.
Coaching & Mentoring
I help individuals and teams to figure out what they want to become and how to get there in my role as a mentor and coach. I share knowledge and act as a sounding board, helping you to find your path to success.
I do this with individuals (1:1), leadership teams, development teams, and other constellations within companies.
Organizational assessments
Sometimes you just need to understand your own organization's strengths and weaknesses in order to take the best steps forward in your improvement journey.
I help assess organizations by looking at their purpose, goals, and current ways of working. This is often done through a series of interviews with a cross-section of the people within the company.
Most of the time I do my work through the well-renowned company Crisp. I'm a partner in Crisp and have worked with them since 2004.
